Notes

  1. Light refurb loans are for renovations that do not require structural works or planning consent.
  2. No owner occupied properties allowed, and commercial / semi commercial by referral.
  3. For development land must have detailed planning consent.
  4. Barns and chapels for conversion count as development.
  5. We may lend outside of published criteria if project has merit.
